Property monitoring technology provider ResiSure been appointed as a recognised supplier bu the National Residential Landlords Association.
The association says the move reflects growing demand for digital compliance and condition monitoring by landlords as private rental sector regulation ramps up.
The new partnership will see ResiSure work alongside the NRLA to support more than 100,000 landlords and property providers with access to what the provider calls “cutting-edge environmental monitoring solutions, helping them detect and prevent damp, mould, and condensation issues before they escalate into costly compliance breaches or legal disputes.”
James Auger, head of sales at ResiSure, says: “Being appointed as a recognised supplier by the NRLA is a huge milestone for us and a proud moment for the entire team. From day one, our goal has been to give landlords and property providers the tools to stay ahead of legislation, reduce risk, and protect their tenants.
“With the Renters’ Rights Act and Awaab’s Law setting a new benchmark for housing standards, this partnership couldn’t come at a more important time. We’re excited to support NRLA members with the technology they need to ensure every property remains safe, compliant, and fit for the future.”
